Accommodation

Due to extensive reconstructions at our facilities, only a limited number of accommodations are available in the Bundeswehr Medical Academy. The basic furnished rooms are equipped with a sink and partially a shower, a television as well as a fridge. Bed sheets and towels are provided. Toiletries are not available.
Unfortunately, we can only offer the nights from Tuesday to Wednesday (01-02 April, 2025) and Wednesday to Thursday (02-03 April, 2025).

There will be a shuttle service from the following hotels ONLY after the Ice Breaker on Tuesday and after the Conference Dinner on Wednesday.
